Shipping Methods

In order to bring you the widest possible variety of products, we use suppliers who ship directly to you from their warehouse or manufacturing facility. Depending on the products you select, your order may be shipped by two or more of our suppliers, and different parts of your order may be shipped on and arrive on different days.

What we mean by “Domestic Ground Shipping”

Most of our suppliers ship products by US Mail and either UPS or FedEx. Some of our suppliers ship only by US Mail, and some ship only by UPS or FedEx. They will generally ship by the least expensive service. We will adjust each shipment to the shipping method used by the supplier(s) who will be handling each part of your order.

Any order shipped to a Post Office Box will automatically be shipped by US Postal Service.

International Orders

We do not accept international orders, we can only ship within the USA.

Signature Required

When you check out you will be required to indicate whether you want a signature required on delivery. If you select to waive the signature and the tracking information indicates that the shipment has been delivered but you cannot find it (lost, stolen, mis-delivered, etc) you have forfeit any insurance coverage on the shipment. Neither we nor our suppliers have any responsibility for a shipment once it is in transit. You can call the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and attempt to trace or recover the package. But if it cannot be recovered, we cannot offer a replacement or refund for the lost product(s). We therefore strongly recommend that you require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery Times

We do not offer three day, second day, or next day shipping. over the past 10 years costs for these shipping methods have increased to the point that customers are very seldom willing to pay for shipping that exceeds the cost of the products they have ordered.

Orders are typically processed by our suppliers within one business day. If your order is placed late in the day, or if our suppliers are extremely busy, your order may not be processed until the next business day. Orders are processed Monday through Friday only. Holiday seasons (Christmas and Valentine’s Day) are particularly busy, and Mondays are also typically very busy because of a backlog of orders placed over the weekend. Please take this into account when placing your order.¬†Also, items can sometimes be back ordered, causing a delay in processing your order.

Ground delivery shipments can take 2-5 business days, depending on how far the shipping address is from our suppliers. Delivery can take longer due to circumstances like shipping volume at the carrier, weather (floods, etc.), or accidents (train derailments, etc.).

We always try to send orders to the supplier that is closest to the shipping address to minimize delivery time as much as possible.

If your order absolutely must arrive by a particular date, call us at 303-444-8306 or open a support ticket to confirm availability prior to placing your order.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information, or that are refused by the customer upon delivery, or that are returned to us for any reason other than replacement of a defective or incorrect item, are subject to a 15% restocking fee!

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is based on the total dollar amount of your order.
