T.'s Techniques for Stretching Your Hole

Most new fisters have a problem trying to relax enough to take a fist. It seems like a good idea and then one begins to think taking up knitting would be easier. What we all run up against is the time and dedication it takes to get opened enough to take a fist comfortably.

It took me a long time to be able to relax enough to take a fist. What worked for me was to make a special set of stretchers I could use on my own to get the job done at my speed. One fear most people who are trying to get fisted is someone will go too fast and you will be hurt. With the toys I made I could progress at my own speed. I found I could go much further when I worked on myself knowing I had complete control.

I have long felt that butt plugs are not all that useful because they are not straight on the sides. The sides of mine are straight so when they are up my ass they are opening me and keeping me open till I remove it. I could just leave it there knowing that I was being stretched as long as it was in place.

I made thirteen of them. The next size larger one is about 1/16 to 1/8 inch thicker in diameter. The stretching process was gradual and happened easily when I moved up through the set from smallest to largest. That took time, but working by myself I could go at my own speed.

This is how I made them. I took candles that were three inches in diameter and melted them down using a flat iron. I turned them around the flat iron till they reached the desired diameter. Then I put a blunt point at the business end. I never melted down to the base of the candle. I wanted the wide base to keep it from going in too far.

I would decide on a given evening to work on my hole. I would assemble the following equipment.

A plastic cover for the bed
A fuck film on the TV
A bottle of poppers
Crisco
A thick unabridged dictionary
A clock
The dilators.

I covered the bed, put the clock nearby so I could read it, put on a good fuck film and then got on the bed with the rest of the items. I took a hit of poppers, greased the smallest one and slowly inserted it up my ass. When the pain subsided I moved to a larger one. As the diameters increased it would naturally get more difficult and then, well, painful. When I got to the uncomfortable sizes I would set the dilator on the thick dictionary and slowly sit on it. When it was in I would look at the clock. This was important because I know that it was far too easy to pull it out and stop.

What I did was leave it in place and not move it. I would set a goal of eight minutes and keep it in till the time was up. After six minutes my ass hole became used to the stretching and the pain began to subside. By eight minutes I was usually comfortable and was able to insert a larger one. I found it was better to keep the plug motionless up my ass and not move it around. It was not that easy to do in the beginning. Oh God, only three minutes on the clock. I would never give up. Oh God, three minutes and thirty seconds. Time seemed to almost stop. But as I approached the eight minute mark I would often decide to keep it in for ten or twelve minutes.

After a few days I would be ready for another round. The process took less time and became much easier the more I did it. I always started with the smallest one and worked to the largest. Then a few days I would do it again.

When I was taking the dilators with ease I again got fisted by my friends. They could not believe the difference. It was like they were fisting someone else with much more experience. The pain I associated with fisting was gone and I was left with the greatest of feelings.

I have opened many an ass and have been referred to some of the more resistant cases. Most have been successful over time. If you are looking to get the job done safely and with the minimum of pain, give this a try.

They were so popular I cast them in clear plastic. They look great and feel great too.
